  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 banana, diced
  • Nutella Syrup

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c. Nutella

How to Make It

  1. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, buttermilk, egg, vanilla and peanut butter into a large mixing bowl. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Add the diced banana and gently stir into the batter.
  2. Spoon about 1/4 c. of batter into a non-stick skillet over medium heat. With spoon, form a round pancake. Let cook until batter starts to bubble, takes about 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook until browned, about 1-2 additional minutes. Transfer to plate.
  3. Continue until all pancake batter is used. Keep pancakes warm.
  4. For the Syrup
