ORANGE SRIRACHA CHICKEN RECIPE






What You'll Need



  • 1 Lb. of Chicken Breasts, cubed
  • ¾ Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 3-4 Tablespoons of Sriracha Sauce (you can add more or less)
  • Zest of One Orange
  • Juice of 1 Orange
  • 2 Tablespoons of Rice Wine Vinegar
  • Salt + Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

How to Make It

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper
  2. Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and sauce on both sides until browned - About 4-5 minutes
  4. In a bowl, mix in the Mayo, Sriracha, Vinegar, Orange zest and juice. Check for seasoning and make the necessary adjustments. If sauce is too thick add more orange juice
  5. When chicken browns, add the sauce to the skillet and mix well
  6. Let sauce boil with the chicken for 2-3 minutes
  7. Remove from heat and enjoy!
