Tangy Chicken Breasts !






What You'll Need



  • 2 tsps Flora Buttery, melted
  • 4 tbsps tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsps white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsps soft brown sugar or treacle
  • Black pepper
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

How to Make It

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients except the chicken.
  2. Slash the chicken all over and add to the marinade, ensuring that they are thoroughly coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to high.
  5. Place the chicken onto a baking tray and grill for 7–8 minutes before turning and grilling for a
  6. further 7–8 minutes until cooked through. Use the leftover marinade to baste occasionally. Serve
  7. with a jacket potato and salad.
