Sausage Egg Casserole




What You'll Need



  • 12 ounces breakfast sausage (reduced sodium or low fat preferred), browned
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 c shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 t pepper

How to Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 375*F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
  4. OR
  5. Spray a 12 cup muffin pan and fill each muffin cup evenly.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and serve.
  7. Makes 12 servings
