What You'll Need
- chicken wings (tips removed)
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- splash of vinegar
- 1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup water
How to Make It
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Season chicken wings with salt and pepper. Place them in the oven and cook for 40 to 50 minutes.
- In a separate saucepan, set heat to medium and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer. Once everything is combined thoroughly, bring to a boil.
- Remove wings from the oven and place in a large bowl.
- Add the sauce over the wings and toss to coat.
- Serve with some fresh veggies and your favourite drink.
